Looks great!... Awesome !

I do like the yellow calipers contrasting against a dark body, with shields....smileclap

I just don't know who to trust to repaint and re-decal mine.

For those not following George's thread on readers' cars, there is the most bizarre p1ssing contest of everyone taking their FF to the tip. Obvs I had to join in..............

Brake bolts can corrode, which happens on all `Brembo ceramics, but there are stainless kits available from Sportsmaserati and the like so it’s easy to resolve if you see it unfolding.
Sorry to dig this old post up - Just wanting to investigate the rusty brake bolt issue and see if i can get in and sort it before they actually do rust - mine are in good condition now but i'd like to look at possibly swapping them over before its too late. I googled Sportsmaserati but its just a Maser forum unless I'm missing something?

A very large number of bits carried over from 599 to the Maser GranTurismo. I imagine some bits also carried over from 599 to FF and so some aftermarket improvements will be common.

In any case in general nice people at the SM forums so just asked. Quite likely many are Ferrari owners too.

It's not a FF but this appeared again for £10k above where it sold just a few weeks ago: https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202105012...

Wonder if this is the Purosangue premium kicking in? last of the hatch-backs...

So little FF stock at the moment, they really don't gather dust.

There are quite a few Lusso T's available at the moment. It will be interesting to see what the margin will stay at between V12's and V8's.

Level-wise at least 4 were advertised around the mid-£130s (this white one, the white with blue diamond-stitching "FNE" V8 test car, and a nice blue on blue one).

They are attractive from the servicing perspective and b/c I tend to keep cars waay too long there is slightly less to worry about with the PTU. Yes, turbos are another kettle of fish over the long run, but I'm just a cruiser, not a racer.

A local independent tried to talk me into one over an FF. I can see some of the benefits but the problem is no-one really wanted this car. It was a solution looking for a non-existent problem. People were forced to buy them to get a Pista. I suspect even at 150k sounding like a bargain you could lose near on 50k inside 18 months.

There were a number of £130K something GTC4s in AT a few weeks ago, they've all gone now! I can see an upgrade path from the FF at some point.....biggrin But certainly not north of £150K!

Wow that's mighty impressive work from what looks like a quality outfit.

Thank you for sharing, definitely bookmarking this.

Did all that sound deadening make the exhaust harder to hear from inside? Or is it just for resonance and fixing rattles?

There is no noticeable difference to the [epic] sound of the exhaust/engine with the added sound proofing.

This car has been around for ages compared too other FF: https://gvelondon.com/cars/ferrari-ff-black/

Do you think this is due to something seriously wrong with the car, or the fact this dealer doesn't have the best reputation (based on other thread here on PH).
