After about four years of deliberation, I bought one last Summer. All I can say is if you buy a good one.. there will be absolutely no regrets. Having owned and driven quite a few cars, they're a simply wonderful all-rounder. A very complete car that is useable in almost all scenarios and feels hugely special. Jam-packed with family, luggage and two dogs crossing Europe at astonishing pace makes for a memorable trip!

4 people, 2 dogs and luggage in an ff?! Guess you had a roof box? And pictures you can share?

My wife nearly did divorce me over my 308GTS. The F12, so far, is proving…acceptable.

Got the new navigation system installed. Now my aircon panel is wonky, but I’ll deal with that another day

Great to see another Dachsund enjoying an FF, but a Labrador and Spaniel wins!

Strong money asking for this ex-GVE car.

Hope a new owner gets on better than adm010 did.

Of course they will. After all, adm010 has spent all the money getting it into tip top condition and fixing all the faults which a dealer would have left for the next owner to discover.

I note the car has replacement stainless steel CCB bolts. Does anyone know who is fitting those? Cheers!

Get yourself the electronic toll tags from Mango Mobilités/AREA/APRR. It saves queuing and time going through toll booths. It can also be used in Italy and Spain and can also be used in car parks.

Keep forgetting to buy one of those.... the climbing across the seats to either get ticket or throw cash at machine got a little old this week in Italy and France

Yes, I forgot that solo drivers in RHD cars benefit from the tags in a way that travellers with co-drivers or LHD cars don’t laugh

ETA: The tags are also a godsend for women as my wife struggles to reach the toll ticket/payment machines even when driving a LHD car.
