And was this not for sale privately recently for a lot less than this?
It sold for high £80’s.
Was that the one advertised at £96?
High £80’s with Fezza Warranty was a bargain !

These cars are awesome.

What other V12 supercar could you do this in. Admittedly it was unintentional, but snow and ice mode got thoroughly tested tonight.

Norfolk to Kent half of which was driven in a blizzard.

That's my thoughts too. That's basically a free warranty and no dealer margin.

It was, I missed it by about half a day! Sad times.

I think it’ll hang around for ages again now, like they seem to

You can also do it intentionally too biggrin although I wouldn’t advise it without winter tyres. The Disco driver must have been somewhat surprised to see you on the forecourt eek

Excuse my ignorance as i’m not a Ferrari person, though the F12/812 appeal..

Is the FF 4wd? seen lots playing with Aventador in the snow due to its 4wd (i would if pressented)

Yes, it’s 4wd in the lower gears. I can imagine that playing with an aventador in the snow would be fun. The FF’s advantage is that even without suspension lift, it has the ground clearance of an M-sport 3 series. With lift engaged (on both axles), the ground clearance is close to that of an SUV. So getting through deep snow is simply not a problem for a winter tyre shod FF.

The FF bit actually stands for Ferrari Four. So it's full tile is the Ferrari Ferrari Four, as in 4 seat and 4 wheel drive.

My FF is tucked up safe at home, but fair play to the guy who’s brought his Lusso up to Courchevel 1850 that I saw this afternoon!

That is precisely what it was designed for.

You have not seen quite how much stuff my family aparently need to bring! But, yes if it was just two of us it would be ideal.

I did fill it with tools and (empty) jerry cans when going to Spa a few years ago.

My earlier photo was taken after a week’s skiing for three of us including boots and poles. Four would have been impossible with all the kit but might have been doable without it.

With just two up, we’ve managed to pack enough stuff (including a pair of road bikes) for a fortnight round Europe.

No deals to be done on the classifieds? Many of the have been on sale for ages. Prices are only going one way.

In my experience of trying to buy (and eventually buying) a Ferrari over the 5 years I was looking, is that they are a market unto themselves.

Generally (not all but most) owners of these cars don't need the money, they don't necessarily need to move the car on to fund the next one. They will often have multiple cars. So in most cases the asking price is the asking price, if you don't wnat to pay that, don't buy it, they'd probably prefer to keep it than sell it for less that a predetermined figure.

In almost all cases the cars I test drove/tried to buy were all on sale or return, even at the Ferrari main dealers. So from that perspective it's not costing the dealer anything in finance costs to have the car sat in their showroom.

There's a little bit of wiggle room sure, but I generally found it is what it is when it comes to price.

As far as FF's are concerned, they are now reaching that age where the gap between the good ones and the less desirable ones is getting obviously wider. There's a reason so many of the ones currently listed are still listed.

From an owners perspective I'm not entirely sure what I'd replace mine with if I ever did decide to move it on. They are somewhat unique and I think actually a bit undervalued.

My thoughts exactly. Late cars with nice colour combo and spec a world away from early cars with the opposite. It's the cheapest way into a V12 that is modern enough and the Purowurosong thing is 400k. I am keeping my 2015 car forever and was lucky to get it as the previous owner only sold because the dealer did him an excellent deal on an F12 so he pulled the trigger leaving a spot to quickly jump on. They are still rare cars with 2-300 total in the UK I believe.

Are you sure that's the same car? It's unusual for Ferrari approved to be involved with something they have no history with. They have to offer a two year warranty on it after all.
I've spoken to them today. Same car. I still like it.

Turns out, they put 2 years full Ferrari warranty on when the current runs out. so it could have 2.5 years warranty.

What's the cost of a Ferrari Warranty on one of these? Going to get details about what's been done and not etc. Then take it from there.

Thanks, very useable by the sounds of it, guessing these tend to have more miles put on them then and thus less price sensitive than other models when they have higher miles?

Biggest thing that puts me off a Ferrari is how mileage sensitive they are (though lambo isnt much better) for resale.
