But I’ll summarise for you.
Aluminium bodywork can have paint bubbling - but that’s an easy fix.
Gaskets can leak - not covered under the ‘New Power’ warranty.
PTU and DCT can suffer failure - which is covered by ‘New Power’ but the cost of self insurance is lower than the cost of the warranty so the decision is up to you.
Stereo is rubbish, even the upgrade unit - later cars had a better head unit with CarPlay.
The Ferrari approved battery is terrible and will lead to lots of error messages and warning lights - easily solved by replacing with a Varta or other known quality brand.
That’s about it. They are terrific cars which get driven a lot as they are so useable and tend to be more ‘miley’ on the s/h market as a result.

Check if there are any years left from the service pack. Used will most likely be out of warranty.
Check if you have a Ferrari official service near you. Drop this in once a year just to keep the stamps on the service booklet. For older vehicles without full Ferrari service history, this may be less of an issue and you could go with a good independent instead.
For my first Ferrari, I stuck to dealership servicing and the official channels for minor work. After a bit more experience around the brand, I got comfortable doing my own work on minor items and went to independents for most work. I still stuck to the dealership for the annual service.
I liked the FF. Lovely sounding engine, decent build quality and very practical. Downsides are acquired taste for the rear quarter looks, tiny fuel tank, digital driving experience. It's also quite wide for English roads.
