Hi all,
its time to change the battery on my F12 and i cant wait to get rid of the factory fit battery which has finally come to the end of its life. Ferrari recommend an Odyssey and charge circa £750 all in for fitting for that privileged. Independents say a Bosch battery is just as good and its at a fraction of the price.

Was wondering what everyone's views were on here....

Cheers.

interesting, i have also read that Varta do a great battery - this particular one seems to be the one for the F12 - Silver Dynamic AGM 595 901 085

I have the Varta in my FF and fitted it myself. £155. Job done.

We fitted a Bosch AGM to one, we would have preferred to have fitted a Varta but couldn't get one quick enough. Good luck in fitting it, they are a pain in the bum.

GrayPaul have replaced batteries in 2 of my Ferrari’s and they always recommend Varta over the ‘official’ battery. Found them very good....

Thanks guys, all very helpful, I think I'll either go for a Varta or a Bosch depending on which my preferred garage will want to fit, ill avoid going direct to ferrari on this one, as i always prefer to use specialists for everything other than servicing.
