Noticed that a lot of F12's have hit the for sale ads recently, Many now having reached the magic 7 yr age when the Ferrari 7 yr warranty expires. Getting tempted as they are now coming close to my budget. What things should I look out for? Any big scary issues looming?

Cheers

it is not a 7 year warranty, just a basic service plan
I think the F12 will be looked upon more favourably than the 812 in the long term - much prettier car imo

I agree that the F12 is prettier than the 812 although the latter has a more aggressive stance..However i believe that the 812 will drive much better in no small part to RWS and likely to be the last NA V12 Ferrari made..

Both fantastic cars and wouldn’t kick either out of bed. From Harry M’s recent excellent vid i think it seems like F12 may be more of a GT car so that would get my vote. Funny how car’s age.....ten years ago I thought the 612 was hideous but suddenly I can see the appeal (as long as it has a manual box).

It's similarly proportioned to a 550. Much narrower than a 599, quite noticeable on B Roads.

I knew that the F12 was both smaller and lighter than the 599 but is it any narrower than the 812.?

The width is one point but the thing that struck most was the height of the bonnet and front arches, they are about 75% the height of the roof.
