Am not a particular fan of orange cars, but it is certainly nicely done - somebody went to a lot of effort to match the colors properly

I’ve been looking at that. Personally love it but not sure it’s the colour scheme most would want an F12 or any of the other V12 front engined Ferrari’s in.

I specced my Pista in it, don't regret it!

Whats the story behind 'URGE: Very Urgent Car' in the spec?

Enjoyed flicking through those photos. The orange gives the interior some McLaren vibes imo.

This has cropped up a couple of times recently. I suspect it’s a code the dealers can put in to demonstrate to their customers how seriously they are taking the order. The factory can then simply ignore it and continue as normal smile

Any one in the trade that actually knows please?

It really is stunning, Already at £135k with six days to go it seems a few other people think so too !

If this was say a similarly specced car in say TDF blue what do people think it would cost from a dealer ?

For me less . I love this one plus its a great spec , as i said above it has to be compared with the Maranello car which is £149k.

Personally, I would not compare with the Maranello car as that car has near 20,000m on it which is viewed as rather excessive in the Ferrari market. Also the Maranello car spec is far more standard in comparison.

At £314K new, you'd have needed large cajones and deep pockets to spec an F12 in Dino. It looks a stunning example albeit in a "different", and superb colour.

If someone wants an F12 and they're not thinking/concerned about resale or which dull/generic spec the next owner will want, it's a truly stunning buy.

Yes just seen this as when i first saw the add for this car it said 12k miles on it but i do agree this CC cars is a great spec and will no doubt fetch big money.

I wonder about this. Say the original owner is selling now, he’s going to lose somewhere in the region of £160k. Do you think saving £15k by having it in a colour he wanted less is a consideration?

Totally agree. I remember being in the workshop of Graypaul Edinburgh a few years ago and there was a new FF in Dino orange. When I queried at as a ‘brave choice’ the salesman said the owner just wanted it to match in with the other Ferrari‘s in his collection I.e. resale value last thing on his mind. In for a penny, in for a pound........

Exactly. We’re here for a good time, not a long time, if you’re successful and can afford what you want, why compromise ?
If the car’s nicely specced and the owner wanted to move on to an 812 SF, I’m doubtful his chosen dealer would have batted an eyelid at the F12 in Dino, I’d be surprised if he got kicked in family jewels for speccing it in Dino come the time to PX.

Really stunning spec F12 and i even like it in Rosso Dino..I've been a very long term Porsche owner and only bought my first Ferrari two years ago..I kept away from Ferraris as i was unsure i wanted the attention they bring however i'm now on my second and i'm totally smitten..They have a very special feel about them which Porsche don't have..
I've just bought another Ferrari a couple of weeks ago otherwise i'd be bidding very strongly on this particular F12. Well worth whatever money it goes for and as Henry quite rightly says life is for living, not just for existing.!
