It's 2016 with low mileage, the price seems reasonable (in the current market). I get the colour is perhaps not at the top of everyone's lists, and it's missing the lift and Hi-Power HiFi.
Chris
That looks like a great car. Absolutely nothing wrong with the white. Fully loaded with interior carbon, front camera and carplay. Nice contrast stitch with cavallinos too. The lack of lift could be an issue depending on where you live but many people get by without it. The hi-power hifi is no great shakes. All it adds are some extra speakers to screw up the soundstage and an undersized sub to give you a bit of midrange. If audio matters to you, you’d be better off upgrading the existing speakers and adding a proper sub so I wouldn’t see the lack of hi-power as an issue. https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/13374065

Get a PPI done and buy it!
On a F12/FF/GT4Lusso lift in my opinion is necessary in certain circumstances.
If your going to use the car as a daily or semi daily (which people do with FF/GT4Lusso at least to an extent) and if your going to park in a city centre which means using multi storey car parks from time to time you will need lift.
They do have very long bonnets and the clearance whilst not too bad is definitely not the best either and for a multi storey more often than not will be an issue. They are also wide cars for sure, so there isn't always the space to try to go up/down at an angle so lift is beneficial to avoid any issues.
If the car is more a weekend car and will not park in a city centre or does very few miles than you could live without it more than likely. 458/488 in my experience do not need lift at all, as they sit quite high and are much smaller, shorter cars so I have not had a single issue, 458 especially.
The white FF- I think the colour has been priced in. It's a 2016 car which you don't see too often, very low miles for an FF, and really good spec in terms of carbon especially. The lift is the only big thing missing- which may not be an issue for some. If it was grigio silverstone, nero daytona or tdf blue for e.g. it would be listed at circa 8k-10k more I think.
White is not a particularly sought after colour, and not the best for re-sale IMHO. I personally could not live with a white FF and getting a better deal would not sway me. It's a very big car and I know this is subjective but I think it does not suit the colour white.
Great news for someone who does love the colour and is looking specifically for white- the car is priced well and looks a really nice example.

This is my recent experience of selling an FF.
Main dealer offered p/ex of £100k on a 2015 Grigio; 26,000 miles, 2 owner. Just had its last service under the 7 year plan. Decent condition, but lowish spec. Said they probably wouldn't retail it. We shall see!
Two independents would not buy it as it will have no warranty. Not worth the risk for them. Easier to sell a 992.
Great car, no major faults in 3 years. Hydraulic pipe split and a new battery.

The independents are leading you up the garden path. If the warranty was that important, you could have it checked and applied by Ferrari as a condition of sale. Have you tried Furlongers? Because they warrant the PTU themselves, they’d probably be happier to retail your car than the other independents.
What's wrong with this one at £90k? Seems cheap but hung around for ages.

I'd that the car that was featured in Jayemms video that bounced around the trade and went through auction?https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/313892173444?hash=item4...

This thread may however be a useful insight into the issues that may be encountered with an early FF as above.

So, thanks to the reassurance above, I pulled the trigger on the white FF at Monarch Enterprises, and collected a few days back.
1st impressions - I’m smitten, it has so much presence, truth be told “white” wouldn’t have been my 1st choice but Bianco Italia looks stunning in the flesh, photos really don’t do it justice. The interior is fully kitted out in carbon and feels really special. The car is spotless, it’s hard to believe it’s 6 years old. Goes without saying that the engine is an absolute peach.
It still has a year of the factory service pack, just been serviced with the steering rack replaced due to a leaking seal, and I’ve added the New Power 15 warranty.
Downsides - really not much, it’s prodigious thirst is already apparent. It has the stock post 14 hi-fi with Apple CarPlay (incidentally I ended up going against my principles and buying an iPhone for the 1st time so I could use CarPlay), the sound quality is fairly dire, I’m might be tempted to look at adding an external amp and replacing speakers but the only company I can find online with experience of this (Cambridge Audio) want £5k plus for this - I don’t want to replace the head unit. There is an annoying rattle/squeak coming from the base of the windscreen/dashboard which I haven’t managed to accurately locate yet.
All in all very happy!
Chris
I'm also smitten with mine, although the oil cooler let go after two days - it's now in the dealer being replaced under warranty.
I totally understand why so few of these are for sale, what on earth would you replace it with at the same price point?
I'm also toying with a replacement head unit, but I have a 2014 with the even worse system, which honestly does everything I need it to.
I've screen mounted my phone and use Waze for nav at the moment until I figure out what I want to do about the ICE, if anything.
Power15 warranty also about to go on mine.

Greatly relieved the FF exhaust is perfectly judged (for me) otherwise that’s an expensive nag for a serial car tweaker.

That looks sensational without the tinted rear window. I highly recommend Enigma Audio in Perivale for your ICE needs. Sylwester is a magicianI totally understand why so few of these are for sale, what on earth would you replace it with at the same price point?

Pano roof, no privacy glass, light interior with the right external colour (any blue, any green or Grigio Titanio). I also need the suspension lifter due to where I live.
Of the 230 or so cars in the UK I was probably waiting for one of 10% of that number to come up.
This one needs a little work, it's had a minor knock at the front at some point in it's life and it's not been repaired that well, but other than that it's just what I was after.
