It went for £160k incl fees.
That tells me that a low mileage RHD should easily be £100k more but the interest has swung away from CS at the moment.
F40s are going for sub £700k now as there are so many of them but everyone is loving Porsche now rather than Ferrari so much.
Aside from TDF and some of the old stuff.

Personally I have no idea at all why the 288 GTO is so obsessed over. Looks too like a 308 for me.

Stradale is under priced for what it is especially how rare they are.

If i'm reading the Coys Proxy bid link that someone posted up, correctly, the hammer price was £140k and it sold to someone in the room.

Buyers fess (for those attending/bidding in person and not over the internet etc) are 15% on the 1st £50k (so £7,500) and then 12.5% on anything above £50k (so another £11,250) and as a private purchaser you need to add 20% VAT to the buyer's fees.

Total buyers fees for a private purchaser is therefore £22,500, so total cost of the car would have been £162,500

Fair price i'd say for a LHD with average mileage and no warranty, certainly not a bargain IMO

Looks reasonably priced if not a bit on the high side. I would definitely have preferred to buy from a main dealer with some come back/warrantee for that price. Especially as there are so many about ... DK 160k, Amari 163k, HR Owen 170k, Joe Macari180k .

Now that seems overpriced for the current market ... any takers how long that will be hanging around for.
My guess it will still be there next March ...

it won't sell at that price, period.

the market isn't the same as it used to be and that's a nuts price for a 20k car

DK 160k definitely not comparable: VIN on the steering wheel and the commemorative plate different, paint all around...says it all about the car
HRO 170k Germany, gone and back from Japan now UK...

at least the Coys auction car had a traceable history

Re the DK car, how can you tell or did you go to see it. Very surprising if those numbers are different. Always thought DK were top end and had good cars

Understand about traceable history being worth a lot but if the HRO car has japan stamps, and it is a European car, I personally do not see it as a huge detractor of value.... unless I am negotiating to buy that is wink

DK: I went to see it, was very disappointed...but then at that price, low mileage all the options including ultra rare sliding lexan windowns...

People get caught all the time buying cars without knowing only to find outlater on (or not) that the car has a hidden/patchy history

It did get wet overnight though ... luckily it was just normal English rain and not that stuff that flies in from the east that can apparently cause Ferraris to melt into a hideous dollop of red slush.... : ))

Looks great, shame I didn't know beforehand as only a few miles down the road from me. We could have swelled the ranks...?

This one also seems cheap / a good price (unsure which). Does say damaged repaired and the translation one of the doors has been replaced. Wonder if it was just that....?

O/T - very unusual to get three 550/575 in one place and for all to be red

Yes two were 550s. Looked great following all three of them through the twisties. Mind you the Stradale totally drowns them out for noise.... : ))

Even if it was worse but if repaired properly by a main agent then still looks a very appealing price. Could be great to just buy and enjoy regularly without all the usual worries of value. If it gets damaged, fix it again. If someone keys it, repaint. Clock up the miles. Less stress....

Where is that pub? Looks like a great one to pull up outside.

I've two mates with 550s, one silver one red. Not managed to get all 3 of us together though.

The CS looks stunning. Same spec as mine in every way it looks. RHD?

Yes its a lovely pub in Hascombe Surrey. Has been completely renovated last year. Six 550/575s together would be quite a sight!!!

Mine is LHD and I love it. I own a few lefties. I actually like sitting on the left. Makes the car feel even more of an unfamiliar occasion and scares the passengers even more as they are left hanging in the middle of the road : ))
