Squeaks rattles wind noises, what is he on about? The pedals offset! Seriously
Commenting on a car without passing the 3rd gear driving in straight line, spinning wheels in2nd on wet...I mean common!
The Stradale is simply fully naked, of course you hear gravels and stuff, but squeaks rattles....the two I had never did any of this and I had them for way over 20,000miles combined
Clearly he isn’t ready for a classic sports car or anything older than a year old...he should keep on talking about modern stuff vlogger!

strange he says in the video that it is his first drive of a CS, when he is on another blogger video from 2015 driving a CS. Why would he even say it when it comes up in the first page searching JWW Challenge Stradale.

Recommended PSI setup is 32(F) & 29(R)
I tried this on Sunday and had a 30mile drive. The front end gave me little confidence while the rear seemed planted.
I wonder if it was too cold when I adjusted the pressures...
I need to try lower pressure in front I think.

Hi there.

Ive just (today) bought a 360CS (LHD car) and wondered if someone could advise on a couple of bits:

I had a thorough PPI carried out by Emblem in Poole, from which there are just a couple of issues which need addressing:

A new battery is recommended - is there a better battery to use rather than the OEM one?
The A/C pump is weeping ever so slightly - Do you know if these can be rebuilt?
What tyres should the car be on? Its had new Tyres fitted all round, but i don't think they are the correct ones...

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

1. Go with a Bosch S4 or S5 with similar dimensions, or a lightweight Odyssey Extreme.
2. A good a/c specialist should be able to replace the seals.
3. Pirelli Corsa PZero are OEM, but I run Michellin Cup2's and they are great.

Thank you very much for this.

The tyres are Cup 2's, so thats a good thing! Battery sorted, will investigate the A/C unit further.

The car is a credit to you: I asked Emblem to take their time and go through absolutely everything, remove all wheels, under trays, carry out compression check, download all data etc... and the list of bits they came back with was tiny - even then, they were small things such as Tyres being non standard, clock digits not 100%, small weep from a/c compressor etc... all of which they are going to sort along with a Belt Service....

I've never driven one - so I'm looking forward to getting it back home!

Hi Chaps,
I went to have a run out in the CS at the weekend and can’t the immobiliser to disarm. I only have one black key fob. The car is on a good trickle charger and fine. Battery was isolated too. I’ve changed the battery in the fob, and the light works clearly but won’t operate the locks. The key operates the locks fine and opening primes the pumps as usual. The red immobiliser light is out. When I laid her up I did notice that the light was on perm when driving. I’ve read that means the batteries in the siren might be dead. So I’ve replaced that (albeit with a second had GM equivalent). When that is plugged in with the master battery off, it bleeps, the old one doesn’t, and then goes off when the battery is re-connected. Still nothing on the red light or locks and starter just turns over. I’ve not got the PIN code or red master. I’ve checked the fuses behind the LH seat and look ok. Any other ideas? Thanks a lot in advance! (Will post on V8 as well!)
Cheers

Try turning off the master switch over night, and then turn it on again in the morning, and see how the car behaves.
The siren also has a circuit board inside, and if the siren battery leaks, it can damage the board.

Not really hiding. It was at Meridien for quite a while and didn't sell. Now re advertised

Looks great, I do like the CS in black! Shame about the mileage though and destined to be more of an investment equivalent to art than a car.

I think they got this information from my CS registry: http://www.challengestradale.com/lexan.html

Only 45 cars with lexan windows. 5 RHD cars and 40 LHD cars. But not every CS is listed in my public registry (only 809 of the 1288 cars in total = 62%). So it's definitely more than 5 RHD cars with lexan windows..

ah, I missed the RHD bit on that one - that makes a little more sense then

Never you mind

Perfect spec for me that. Shame about the low mileage premium though.
