Superleggera Question

Hi Guys,

Been looking round the last few months as you do as I've got to the point were I'd fancy a change, I keep finding myself looking at these wonderful beasts.

Now am I right in thinking the two grey ones at the well know "motor hub" are not any good as the RHD is a good 20-30k less than all the other ones for sale, has anyone had a poke around them?

I know there rep is terrible but does it mean all the cars there are the same?

Think you'd be mad to consider buying anything from that company. They have a very bad rep. And there is no guarantee the car is real -- they may be teaser photos for marketing purposes. They are priced so low, to come top of a search for a particular model.

I wonder how much it would cost to rip out that hideous ICE installation in the RHD car and put back to standard? BTW isn't the fuel tank under where they cut a load of holes?

Dealer aside, it says everything that you need to know about the car I would think.

google their registration numbers and you see a pretty erratic mot history

I've seen them - the bootlid on the grey SL isn't carbon for a start

Thanks matt360 thats the sort of thing i was thinking some non declared accident damage type stuff, and yep the MOT was a bit erratic like you say.

I know the reputation is terrible, I did't mind a small amount of project work .. the left side exhaust tip actually looks rusty! Not how you would prepare a 90k car...

I once suggested a Motorhub car to my finance broker and was told that no finance companies will work with them, so that told me everything I needed to know!

Also now I am looking for cars again I have noticed the silver Gallardo on there has been for sale since when I bought my last G and that was sometime in 2014 I think!
