The performante is addictive to drive, even better with the roof off! Flick the heaters on full blast lol

Picked up my Performante Spyder on Friday afternoon. Not the best weekend to pick up a convertible super car but have been out for a few drives when the weather has allowed! Suffice to say so far the car is amazing. The difference between Strada and Sport is ridiculous - the car drives in such a relaxed and chilled out manner in strada you could cover vast distances so easily and it almost makes a mockery of being labelled an impractical supercar... switch to sport and the whole car is changed and it comes completely alive. It has a completely different personality. The sound is sublime... if you were 'designing' a car to sound in a particular way, you'd probably end up with something similar to this. Have only been through a couple of small tunnels but it is seriously addictive and very theatrical.

Having come from a McLaren 650S spider, the Huracan is deficient in only one area, and that's the boot space. Looking forward to persuading the wife to travel light next time we go away. biggrin

No HP version of the Evo, in fact the Evo might be the last variant of the Huracan. Great news for HP owners.

it's true that sant'agata had a few little trademark issues with carrozzeria touring superleggera
it's also a fact that no lamborghini model in recent years has come to an end with a cooking model : roll-on evo perfromante, evo performante spyder, evo performante super trofeo...

From what I gather from the article is Lamborghini can't squeeze more out of the V10 and they can't do much more due to increasing emission changes. So from the sounds of it the EVO could be last variant of the Huracan with a NA V10 engine and the HP will be the only track variant of the Huracan.

Never you mind

Agree with Andrew, there is no way sant'agata will let the car end on a "cooking" model. Maybe something like a RWD performante? If that was the case, I would insert the "Take my money" gif biggrin

I was they'll be no Performante Evo but they'll be road version of the Evo STS which will be very limited (250 units). Has anyone heard the same?

Why would there not be a production version track car? That is Lamborghini and Ferrari’s long standing policy and very lucrative for them. It’s also way too early to do it in the product cycle, it’s how they sell the old models before an incoming new one, evo has only just been released.

I think you will find 250 is about right for a special edition now, it’s the equivalent of super trofeo stradale and squadra corsa and all the other special edition cars before that, wouldn’t surprise me if there is more than 250 cars though as the market is much bigger now and previous models SE limited cars were generally between 150 and 250 units.

Here’s a great review for the Performante, if anyone’s hesitating, don’t...

HP is an incredible car for the money. One of the best driving Lamborghini's imo.

Someone at Lambo put a cheap spec together here - no glove box or cupholder! These are basic options.

Plus leather seats on a Performante don't exist, they are all alcantara...unless it was some factory press car special?
