Discounted Evo available from HR Owen Pangbourne ?

Just been browsing on Autotrader and seen this brand new Huracan Evo for sale at 20k under list available for immediate sale.

What kind of discounts are people getting on these cars? I’ve heard that 10-12k is fairly normal but this car seems to be even more heavily discounted?
Are Pangbourne more desperate to sell cars?
I notice that SevenOaks and Leicester have brand new Huracan variants available too.
Are there a lot of cancelled orders around now? Or are people bailing out of their cars?

Not really but I can see your scepticism.
It’s an affluent area that we live in and much like London it’s not uncommon to see Lamborghini’s, Ferrari’s and even Buggati’s driving round, in addition to a number of other high end vehicles.
We also have a number of prestige car showrooms one of which caters exclusively for the footballer market and I personally know three local people getting Evo’s

Given it's pre-reg you do wonder why the seller didn't just forfeit their deposit if they didn't want the car (particularly as in reality they may have got some or all of it back when the dealership sold it) rather than paying the balance and then selling the car themselves. That having been said, hard to comment further without knowing the deal they originally struck, and in particular how much discount they got (I assume 10K but who knows?).
