I’m a bit underwhelmed tbh, was expecting a more radical change of look. Mechanically apart from a slight HP increase, doesn’t seem to be much difference from the Evo. Anyhow let’s see what the ‘official’ press release reveals.

What you've written doesn't make much sense.

Not for the first time...

Regarding my mistake about the lights, I've not paid much attention to the Technica at all, I'm afraid.

I'm happy with my current Lamborghinis at the moment. I may look an STO in due course though.

You're "in the know" obviously. It's just the NDA's that stop you telling us right rofl

On the subject of knowing things... Everyone knows who you are, RamboDildo...

Is a bit of an odd one having thought about it.

Whilst I think it looks great and is a decent facelift, it's basically a 2WD EVO, with some Sian-style plastic Y infils at the front (shame these aren't LED lit in some way), carbon bonnet, option for lots of carbon inside (inc door cards), more aggressive rear diffuser/bumper arrangement (was never keen on the Evo in this respect) and a 'semi-skimmed' spoiler (vs the Performante). Whilst it's supposed to have improved aero and brake cooling - the performance numbers don't really support that (though 0-60 and vmax aren't the whole story by any stretch)

Same power (as Perf), slower (than a Perf), less aggressive (subjective - as a Perf) but is about as close as you'll ever get to buying a Perf version of an Evo.

Hmmmm.....

You'll never get away from the Lego Tecnica association either,, especially with the Sian kit! :haha:

Agreed and might explain why used Perfs are commanding more money exactly around the time the Technica was announced!

$$$$$$$$$ for VAG !

I am not overly keen.

I think the rear looks wrong.

I was never a fan of the looks of the Sian so the front design does nothing for me.

I quite like the exterior & interior carbon options.

But that's about it ....

maintaining interest in a fickle market where last year's model might as well be steam powered ( reference porsche, lotus, pagani et al )
having said that, i quite like the look of it cool

My plus points /questions, but don't fully understand the detail, is:
1. 640BHP, thats higher than EVO 2WD.
2. Rear Wheel Steer
3. Bespoke exhaust system. How will it actually sound !!!
4. Improved brake cooling system, will it make much difference !
5. Described that chassis is more fun / alive - How

Looks - not sure yet, we get to see at UK dealers in May
Price is circa £50k more than EVO.

I don't think we need to worry too much about this.

Certainly won’t be swapping out my Perf Spyder for one that’s for sure.
Looks a bit bland compared to a Perf imo.

If the Evo prices are anything to go by and shortages of cars most likely going to be hitting the market and doing overs.

I'd be quite happy if I had a Perf at the moment as its not directly likely to hit the value to hard on them either.

Quite like the looks of this model especially in the green.

Do Lambo's usually do overs Rory? The Urus has but unsure on the other cars. You have 3 kids as well
