Temerraio Right of first refusal

So you are signing up to give the dealer the right of first refusal to purchase if you dispose within 12 months, with the dealer not obligated to buy, nor to pay market value but capped at a maximum of new list price. Seems reasonable…….
I'm not sure how enforceable it would be, but regardless I understand their sentiment that people who genuinely want the cars for all the right reasons end up waiting as speculators manage to buy them through 'friendly' dealers. But, that only works if they clamp down on those dealers who are allowing this to happen.Personally, as I plan to keep it for some indeterminate time, but for sure more than a year, it makes no odds to me!
Never signed one for my SVJ because no one wanted SVJs when I bought mine, lol, but I did sign one for my Revuelto. As long as you sell through the dealer or the dealer is involved in the sale of your car, they'll waive it. The ROFR is basically just a way for the dealer to take a cut.
