Same for me, except I'm having to do it twice. The first time gives me a message about "being unable to determine which part of the site you are trying to log into" then sends me back for a second attempt

Unfortunately, this piece of work was put on hold because it required a rather large change to various parts of our account database. Good news is this is being worked on currently, so the login issue will be next in line to be fixed!

Mature! I'm not sure you understand the way this works. When I tell you something is being done, it is because I've been told myself it's being done. If thing's get put on hold it's as frustrating for me as it is for you.

Unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of deciding what work is being done next, I can only push for them, which I have been doing.

You haven't told me that something is being done. You said "it's being looked into" in January.

It has been "looked into" since at least late 2015, with no resolution, so that's not really a meaningful answer.

I can't comment on what happened before my time at PH, I've only been here for 8 months. I'll hold my hands up that I should have posted sooner, however, the post would have only said there is no update. Yep, it's been on hold for that long. A lot of things have taken priority (HTTPS, forum skin change etc, amongst others), and it is only now we have the dev resource again, so some progress should be made.

I'm not surprised it's taken this long, as PH doesn't have any developers. The developers work for Haymarket and there are only 6 IIRC for all of Haymarket, so things won't be done quickly.
