Classified advert problem

Just sent the same email for a third time times asking how I change the price of a current advert without having to start again with fees. I've also tried phoning multiple times but keep getting a message telling me when people will answer the phone despite me phoning within those times.

I know the email address is valid as someone replied when the site kept telling me I was using a web link, was swearing, using HTML code or an email address when I wasn't using. Turns out the Pistonheads advertising facility won't allow the word Pistonheads to be used in the advert. Doesn't tell you that, I figured it out by trial and error and subsequently received an email from PH saying the same.

So, how do I change the price of an existing advert or do I have to pay again and start from scratch?
