Any point in reporting dodgy ads?

I've reported a few dodgy ads recently. I've noticed that a few days later, they are still there.

Does anyone pick up the 'Report this ad' form submissions?

It drives me mad when I come across 320's when browsing the M3 section...

Based on the lack of response or action taken when I reported a couple of adverts that were scams a few years ago, I'd say not
