I’ve avtually gone from getting annoyed with his posts to really feeling quite sorry for him.
His attempt to put the dampeners on the Space X thread made me realise that his life must be totally joyless.
I think he’d be better off talking to the Samaritans before he gets too depressed with life.

It's a troll (or bot) that makes contrarian posts on every thread, to get attention / cause arguments. His attempt to put the dampeners on the Space X thread made me realise that his life must be totally joyless.

Obvious when you see the pattern, because it's "opinions" are totally inconsistent from thread to thread.

Reluctant as I am to get drawn into yipperwatch. . . but I have noticed his posts becoming a bit more angry recently.
Before he just stated ‘facts’ and made up statistics plus a few humorous wind up opinions.
Lately he seems to be a bit angry at lefties and socialists and his posts seem to have adopted a more political slant?
I preferred it when he was more ambiguous and people thought he might actually be a robot or something.

Yipper provides excellent entertainment but he has no idea he does as self awareness is not exactly his forte either.
Even the classics/yesterday's heroes section has been blessed/tainted by his presence - but only because he followed me in there after I've been somewhat vocal about the gross inaccuracies throughout his thousands of replies.
I duplicated and posted a classics pic I saw elsewhere which I thought might be of interest to the regulars - then as usual Yipper pops up and regurgitates some stat hoovered up from a google search.
