Is it me or has it changed, not sure maybe I'm hallucinating?

Something is different, definitely. I'm now seeing two PistonHeads logos and "Hello ___, sign out" as well as "Logged in as" in the upper right. It wasn't like this five minutes ago. Spacing is also strange now when you make a post and have a few options, all of which are now quite close together.

It's like squashed and weird. No changelog from da Haymarket crew as always but since we're the product we can't demand simple things like that.

They've added shortcut bar from homepage to forums.

Clearly, no expense spent.

Oh, it’s on mobile too. Double PistonHeads logos are the way forward, I guess.

My stuff and what's new twice. Just incase you fancy clicking at the top of the screen.

How can one company be so incompetent?! It's not just that it takes a bloody age from them to implement anything, but things that need to be fixed never get fixed and anything new gets fked up when they put it live.

Mobile is an especially good waste of space. Currently the top menus take up 1/4 of the total screen height..

In all seriousness, who do I contact about offering my services?

Well at least they have sorted the layout.

Last time they installed this banner my data usage increased by 25%. Not good when I have a capped allowance.

They really do need some serious I.T help. Why not fix the broken things rather than break the things that work?

Oh. My. Never mind testing, didn't someone think to preview before hitting publish?

It looks like a test that's gone wrong. Sort of thing that y'know, would usually be picked up and fixed in a test environment..

Sorry guy and girls. We did a rollout that has some bugs in it, which we are ironing out.

Please accept our sincerest apologies, we care deeply about the impact on our users and will take steps to analyse this incident so it does not re-occur in the future. We will also consider doing these out of hours in the future.

no I don't work for them, but seeing as they don't have any customer service management, thought I would make some of you feel appreciated instead laugh

You'd think with a company the size of haymarket they would know basic testing/QA or IT.

New layout looks like its been designed by a 12 year old (or a grad/work experience person...).

Just out of interest, what's your background? I guess more enterprise/corporate level stuff?

You guys, it's cheaper to not spend money on things like testing. Just let any idiot have a go. As long as the adverts stay up it doesn't matter.

As I learnt last time. They don't give a fk. I'll just put some client-side rules in so it's usable again.
