Are trolling parody accounts allowed now?

Banned off NP+E myself ages ago now, had the idea of a dupe to go on there and argue but what is the point of it, it's obvious certain users are returning banned members from when it was all kicking off and bans were getting thrown out when i was posting.

That may be true of long standing members, but not of more recent one.I confess, I 've had to look at a posters username someway into reading their post because something didn't seem quite right.
Though, tbf, I wasn't singling out any one person in this case.

Can you get banned from sub forums? I know you can be banned from threads and PHs itself.
Ive definitely seen a few people turn up over the last few months posting strong political opinions that look like returned banned posters. It seems unlikely that people would join a car forum and suddenly be arguing about politics from entrenched positions.
Perhaps though, google searches are leading them here?
