Never seen this issue before. 4 times today I have clicked on a topic or forum section and a completely different section or topic has loaded. I definitely did not miss click (Certainly not 4 times) and the topic that loads is usually a good few (4 or 5) lines above what I did click.

I am using a windows PC with Chrome and adblocker. Performance is fine. Is that topic relevant? It's all mobile devices and claiming that the adverts are causing slow performance.

Yep, I was experiencing the exact same symptoms as you describe and that link was my salvation.

Me too. Using Brave fixed the 'click on one thread and another one opens' problem.

Just switched to brave and it's cured this problem and the dog slow response. I spent 2 minutes using brave then came back to Google to post this, and it's utterly unusable in comparison.

Same issue here, running Chrome on Android mobile phone. It's very slow at times and the wrong thread always opens up.

Isn't brave just a mobile browser? Is there an alternative for Windows?

Last night I visited the forum on my Android mobile. It was awful!. I actually clicked on this thread and ended up on an article about the reversing light...

I had to give up. 1 in 10 threads load wrong on Windows, 1 in 3 on my mobile. might give brave a try.

Same problem on various android devices using various browsers including chrome and the Samsung browser. Click on a forum topic and either unresponsive or opens the wrong topic. Been happening for three days.

Forums are basically unuseable on android now...i've given up and just browse on PC instead.

half a page refuses to load, keep getting taken to different topics, and everything runs slow as treacle.

At least the Haymarket IT team have been incredibly responsive and are giving regular updates on the fix. Oh wait, I meant couldn't pour water out of a boot if the instructions were written on the heel, and completely silent.
What a shambles.

Same issues here; if I use Samsung internet the site is somewhat usable but occasionally will load the wrong threads. In Chrome it's completely unusable, takes forever to load any pages and still loads the wrong pages.

I know you can fix this by using Brave but we shouldn't have to just to browse the forums on one specific website.
