I have to sign in every time, but i have all tracking/cookie things or whatever they’re called disabled. So to be expected ?

Every since I joined this website has never sorted its login system.
I get exactly the same thing as eharding in Chrome on WIn10.
It did work fine, my setup hasnt changed this year. Yet suddenly the forum has a new look (there goes the claim they havent changed anything) and logins are never remembered yet again.
This happens year after year. Every other website and forum I visit can get it right why not this one??

Another log on- another go at a sign on. At least the site remembers me. I've got PH remembered on Ccleanr, but NON , ph SAYS -no sign on .

Been the same for ages and still not fixed. Are they using an oauth-style access token with a 2 week expiry and no refresh or something?

Still not working for me and no “login” option appearing either. I get the screen as below, with the stickies unhighlighted:



Click on “My stuff” or “My Profile”, then back to the forum and it’s all back to “normal”. It’s happening on an iPhone SE, an iPhone XR and a sixth gen iPad, all running Safari and all updated to the latest iOS/iPadOS (done yesterday, in fact). All my other site logins for other places work fine, it’s just the PH forums that continually throw me out.

I don’t even need to “swipe up” and close down the Safari window; if I leave it open overnight/for a few hours, I get chucked out. It’s bloody irritating! I know it’s a real First World Problem, but it does peeve me

I get logged out if I navigate away from the site in a separate window, even if I leave the PH window open.

Means I must log in 20-30 times a day.

Just had an hour or two of "Fiat 500" stuff - so, a 500 server error. PH side.

Seems very amateur to say "zomg users are changing their settings so our PH Pentium P5 server can't cope". Are CarGurus that short of funds they can't afford a decent server for this site?

Yeah, it's crap, this site has had this issue intermittently for years. Nothing to do with user settings.
