I had this issue yesterday and Pete showed me how to clear it! You have to clear the ASPSESSION cookies basically.

So I right click, click inspect, application, cookies, and then clear the ones that start with ASPSESSION.

Hope that helps.

Cheers.

Still getting it...

"HTTP header is larger than 10240 bytes." in Courier font at the top left corner of an otherwise white screen.

Out of thousands of websites, this only happens here. Odd, frustrating and poor design...

For some reason (I'm not a web designer), it is now happening every day.

No reaction from the site staff - it's becoming enough to put me off. Is that how businesses lose customers?

I can't find any "ASPSESSION" cookies in my cookies list. I can't right click either as I'm on a Mac. I'm not sure what you're supposed to be right clicking on anyway. How do I fix this?

I'm on a mac too (using Chrome), and when I right click the page (anywhere on the page), click inspect, then go to application, under my pistonheads cookies there are lots of ASPSESSION cookies and clearing them fixes this issue.

Let me know how you get on.

I keep clearing the cookies, and then the next morning the same thing.

It's bordering on painful - when no other site gives me the same issue

So, in the space of less than two hours, I had to reclear all cookies, again.

Is anyone remotely interested in helping visitors to the site?

I'm using Firefox on a MacBook Pro. Exactly what do I do to do the equivalent of a right click?

I don't think the customer service folk are engaged...

If this happens to me again (sometimes it is within an hour of clearing the cookies), I think I will just go elsewhere

I also can no longer view the PH home page because of this error by the PH developers
"HTTP header is larger than 10240 bytes."
Been broken like this a few weeks now. Sort it out, people...
