My sister just bought some huge caravan. What’s the best way of stopping them getting nicked? I will pass it on.

I have no idea, I think the only way is make sure these things are insured to the max. It seems that if someone wants to take it they will frown

Ours is wedged behind our house when not in use and can only come out with the motor mover. The remote for which I keep in the house.

Hitchlocks might slow them down, JSB hub locks get good reviews but look a pain to use. It’s a sad sign of society today we have to go to these lengths

A good tracker and a deafening alarm.

Out-smart-the-thief

And

Van Bitz - Growler

OSTT have the advantage of never loosing something they are protecting.

Standard Thatham style alarm/trackers are quite easy to find and rip out if you know how.

Take one or both of the wheels off and put them somewhere else. That's what my son does. Yes it's a pain, but it's almost impossible to nick it.

Cassoa gold or platinum storage site, insurance and wheel locks. Doesn’t need to be anything any more complicated than that.

Good point - make sure there's always a scary, hairy growler in there. That will stop 'em.
