I'd like to make the mods aware that UK copyright law has specific "fair use" terms, specifically for reporting current events.

Obviously PH T's and C's trump this, but I'd expect T's and C's to be interpreted in conjunction with current law.

If you want absolute zero risk of litigation simply remove all user-generated content.
