I often have this problem when using the "Upload an image (beta)" link, but only when using IE. If I do manage to upload once, it never works for a second time.

Using the Firefox browser it works every time.

I post using pictures hosted on photobucket.
They tend to come out huge.
Is there an app where when I post them they will be of a smaller size so they don't take up the whole page on here?

Have the size of pictures that can be posted reduced?
Pictures from my old iPhone 4 are now deemed to large at 2.1 meg, I'm sure they loaded fine before.
