it does, There's a big box next to the bottom of the page that says Preview / Submit. You click on preview, Easy!

I click on "Upload an image (beta)" nothing happens. I have images in thumbsnap.

I might be wrong but:

I use the upload to pop up pictures from my PC

If the pic is already hosted I use the pic command

A) Download it to the device, and re-upload, one at a time.

B) Get a public link to the image or album, and post in to the forum as a link.

I don't think you'll can hotlink and embedded image from google images to the forum using bb code but I've not tried.
