No, at least two of the UK orange cars were crashed
One rather spectacularly on the A40 while Lambo London were doing a test drive

Yes, that is PR05PER.

It's an LP640 with an SV style wing and decals.

As you can see from the crashed photo posted above, the wheels are LP640 wheels.
