Quick question folks, my Murci ('03) has got some slight play in one of the front ball joints. HR Owen are only supplying complete suspension arms at £1500++. Anyone know if they are off another car?
Thanks
Gareth

Thanks sir, yeah I did see that - normally when they say 'subject to availability' I've found that tends to mean not in stock...they are checking availability with Lambo but I'm not too hopeful as the other quote my mechanic got from a main dealer! Just was wondering whether it is one of those interchangeable parts.
thanks again

He doesn't have a great reputation on some US Forums but does suggest that they are available separately.

If you can get yours out surely they can be measured "TRW with 45 stamped on the bottom" ?

It is just finding one from another car.

Good Luck

How do you proceed with your murcy?

Try BHP Bucks, near Aylesbury. They should be able to sort it and at a decent price. They always seem to have several Murcis in there.

Running well !

We did a 300 mile round trip last month without issue. I had planned to get it resprayed / engine covers powder coated, but Mrs mar wants a new kitchen !!

Other than basic servicing it has not needed anything.

It may be fixed by now, but you could also try Scuderia Car Parts, https://www.scuderiacarparts.com, they have sourced OEM bits for me far cheaper than Owens.

Thx, fixed now but useful for next time. Eurospares sourced in the end.

Yes, I love a new kitchen! I just don't know why they're so expensive??
