hi folks,
yesterday I started my beloved orange murcy 6.2.
accelerating from standstill constantly at 4000rpm I saw that it is leaking water below, probably from the water pump!
unfortunately I hardly ever use it, even if I turn it on often (every month) and in fact it has only 21.000km of the year 2002. ;(
Please, someone can recommend me a new pump at a good price (not from robbery......) ,?
thanks in advice.

Hi 845ste ,
Are you sure that it is a water pump leak ?
1) There is an air-con drainage pipe towards the front , just left of the midline .
It might be something as simple as that .
2) If its liquid dripping from the rear , it might be water from the exhaust dripping through a gap in the system . For every1kg of fuel combusted , 1Kg of water is produced .
Either way best of luck , and Ferruccio's suggestions above , would also be my first ports of call .

thank all for answer.
unfortunately the water is red and therefore cooling.
I think it's from the pump.
I hope it can be repaired (o-ring?).
I read somewhere that there is a revision kit for rubber rings and gaskets., ecc.
I will try to do this first.
sure that 3400e for a pump is a theft!
I have other supercars but the lambo oem parts are a robbery!
ciao
