erhaps you compare Brian Robsons LP500 with a standard QV?
What's different about his?https://drivetribe.com/p/record-breaking-lamborghi...
I would go for the 5000s. Not a fan of the skirts. But if you really wanted a QV then be prepared to wait. The right car will come along.
Seems that more of a premium for LHD. As more demand globally compared to RHD.
I brought my LHD round belly ( technical term there ) QV as I wanted that look and engine config. Saying that, think Furlonger has a white 5000s that I would like in my garage!

Best channel on the internet , although American he's not the usual shouty shouty You Tuber , Even though he buys and sellsclassic super cars for a living you can feel the passion and being Italian if you tied his hands behind his back he wouldn't be able to talk.
Gives me the impression if he could he would rather keep the cars rather than sell them..
Try " Ferrari on Line" channel, Well worth a look , Colleen is a Italian/American young lady who also talks with her hands and is far more
easier on the eye than Shmee.
Sorry not tech minded so don't know how to Link.

Was listed on Silverstones results as not sold but with a buy it now price for £287,500 ,I assume that with the buyers commission
So don't know if anyone purchased it after the sale or not.
Anyone on here .know whether it found a buyer .
Could it be the one in the classifieds?
https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/10273749
It mentions multiple magazine features with a famous first owner, not that I thought he was famous other than for his exploits with this car.

I've seen her before and although she is easier on the eye her knowledge isn't that good. Better than shmee for sure but not the guy from curated classic super cars for a living you can feel the passion and being Italian if you tied his hands behind his back he wouldn't be able to talk.

Yes that's probably the one, The Silverstone catalogue states the chassis number but is not mentioned in the PH advert .https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/10273749

Strange how these Countachs since the prices have risen seem to hang around in the trade what
seems like years. Some times going from one dealer to another after short breaks in the classifieds.
Back in the day when i bought mine they seemed to change hands on a regular basis both privately and in the trade.

True enough they seem to hang around for ages. I'm guessing/hoping that it is because the asking prices are optimistic!Strange how these Countachs since the prices have risen seem to hang around in the trade what

Her Dad has been in the Supercar business for 30 years. I'm guessing the old man is camera shy and she's definitely easier to look at.I had mine on the dyno, forget about this, the factory tested the engine without any air filters nor airbox above the carbs

That could be the S Barry had before the QV, he picked up the QV with Mike for the famous magazine feature but it replaced an identical colour/trim S. My recollection is that both were factory blueprinted to optimise power.
Is the famous mag "Car" if so being a sad git i've still got all of them even with the builders moving in next week i can'tbring myself to part with them. Can you remember if it was around 1985 and what is on the cover, just save me hours of looking
through them all ,thanks.
Can't believe the garage selling Barry's 5000 S is not making the most of the press covered records that were achieved with this car
Perhaps they think it will frighten buyers off thinking it has been thrashed all it's life's or totally unaware of the importance
of this car in UK Countach history .
