By Mclaren Sport Interior Grey/Black
Bowers & Wilkins
Alcantara Steering Wheel
Light Weight Forged Wheels in Stealth
Heated Memory Seats
Security Pack
MSO Sports Exhaust
Really tried to keep a lid on the options but its easy to get carried away!
It will be interesting to see a black one as there are a lot of accents on the car that typically need a contrasting colour. Hopefully it will look stunning.Onyx Black

You've done well to not go mad on the options - dare I say you have a car that's nearer £180k than £200k?

I did wonder about a contrasting colour to the accents but as it is I presume with it being all black it will look just like a coupe which I'm happy with, although its hard to say until you see it in the flesh. I guess there is always the option to wrap the roof palladium.
I had orange calipers on my coupe but have gone with standard black thinking its easy enough to change at a later date. maybe grey would look good to tie in with the interior?

There is another CF interior pack called carbon fibre interior components package at £2500 ish I have it on my present 570S and have specked it again on my spider order, it’s in the interior section of the configurator, tucked away and hard to find, but the option is there
I'd forgotten about that one. That's the one that Birmingham McLaren suggest every SPider should have for resale. It's a difficult one but I guess, "what's another £2500"? garyhun said:

Have you ever seen the 12c's for sale without interior carbon? They are virtually unsellable..............even at £2,500 it's a no brainer IMO.......RamboLambo said:
Seen dealer stock unit at Manchester today at £195k and last week Bristol had one for an eye watering £212k.
Personally I think that's getting too steep for a sport series car. If your typical £250k 650S spider is worth £160k retail the £200k+ 570S spider will be £120k in 3 years
The same rules don't apply........the 650s was a dogs dinner rehash of the 12c..........poor 12c reviews combined with over production of the 650s led to discounts......not many people actually paid over £200k for 650s'................McLaren are in a different place now.......residuals are stronger now........not many 570s' for sale sub £140k......which isn't bad considering it's £147k list price...........Personally I think that's getting too steep for a sport series car. If your typical £250k 650S spider is worth £160k retail the £200k+ 570S spider will be £120k in 3 years

I agree the brand is getting stronger which is just as well as I have both a 570S coupe and 650S Spider but I would disagree with the 650S being a dogs dinner as it was a significant improvement over the former 12C https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5h8cx9BGR8&t=...As regards numbers there are circa 3,500 12C's and 2,500 650s worldwide and I would envisage 570 sales will top that combined figure of 6,000 and todays sales rates. I know its the entry level McLaren etc and the used prices will still reflect that. On the current annual rate my 2016 570S is working out pro rata more expensive than the 2015 650S spider which seems to have pretty much reached rock bottom.
When the new coupe arrival is here in Q1 2018 I'm afraid its the 570S that's making way so I hope your right

Hey, i am the only one allowed to talk McLaren values down...Are you actually saying that a £200k 570s Spider will be worth £120k in 3 years time??Personally I think that's getting too steep for a sport series car. If your typical £250k 650S spider is worth £160k retail the £200k+ 570S spider will be £120k in 3 years
