12c spider how many

Just wondered how many 12c spiders the uk got. Not many for sale, or will they end up being advertised at the end of summer.

Not going to be that many spiders as it came at the end of the 12C production run.
Circa 3,500 12C's total worldwide with maybe 800 spiders so I'm guessing less than 80 UK spiders hence prices are so strong.
TBH I would probably raise the extra £30k and get the better 650S

imho, there are well over 1000 spiders, probably nearer 1500 than 1000 if I had to guess, UK allocations for the Mclarens has been about 10% ish. there were about 3500 12c's, 1.5 years of coupe production before the spider was released (end of 2012) of which a lot of the 2011 cars were delayed and deliveries only started August 2011 and after the spider was released almost all the cars produced were spiders.
