Hi.... anybody got any experience with these beasts please? Mine is sitting there with both indicator lights flashing..... replaced both batteries and remote battery... is there a reset mode?? Cheers!!

No, but was very nice to see one thundering round Silverstone on Tuesday.. and a roadster at that.

Never done it on an SLR, so this may be a long shot, but try:

Put gearbox in neutral...
Close all doors and windows and boot / trunk...
Remove key (if required)...
Stay in driver's seat...
Lock doors (by key fob)...
Unlock doors (by key fob)...
Put key back in ignition / slot...
Restart car...

Perhaps try the process 2 or 3 times if it does not work first time.

Yes, it's mental. But have seen it work as a "reset" mode on two other cars (not Mercs). A long shot, of course, but may be worth a try.

Wouldn't a Mercedes dealer be able to help? I would presume the electronics are Mercedes Benz based.
