Battery charging

Just got my 540c last month and have noticed how quickly the battery runs itself down. I have a ctek charger which is only a couple of years old and can get an adapter to take it to the 12v socket in the boot. Does anyone know if this will work on the lithium battery or is a special charger required?

You need a lithium charger. CTek sell one.

You need the CTEK Lithium XS Charger. Shop around for best prices, as they do vary.
