with the spec it was "if you want one then you have to spec it up to xxx"
which without carbon was difficult, can't remember what the exact price was

I specced one on the configurator without a price list. I hope this spec would not be too expensive:
- special colour orange or black (both with silver rims)
- those super lightweight seats
- harness bar
- harnesses

Don't think I'd need anything else (and I'd keep the aircon)

It is the one thing you do need unless you live in rural Scotland. Even speed bumps can be nasty to the front splitter. It won't break...

The general idea is to never sell.... but if so you will see it anyway as I am certainly not going to get it repainted prior to sale

Live in germany/Austria now and they do sometimes scrap on the road to my parents’ house, but nothin major. Also my gt2, 355, FF survived in London when I spent time there - a bit “cringy” sometimes but so be it - it is car, not a painting

Interested to know what spec you're going for, there is quite a big step from the 185k base price when ticking few common options.

Base spec gets you a 1000 mile 720s. Good spec gets you a 5,000 mile 675lt. Why would You?

They start at less than 250 now. Easy to get to with 600lt options.

Well, I could spend 250k on a 675LT, not on a 600LT.

Imho it's too pricey, mainly driven by option prices. Base price sounds attractive.

I read similar complaints on McLaren Life (US).
