Hi

4 weeks into my first McLaren - volcano 12C. Totally blown away by the car, but a couple of small glitches hoping someone might have some advice for:

1) Any way to plug in an iPhone 6 and it to actually charge the phone? Plugging the standard Apple cable into the USB port does nothing.

2) The sat nav seems stuck. I have a colourful map which I can zoom in\out of, but there is no way to get to a screen where you can actually input a destination. Have tried removing and reinstating fuse 26, which seemed to reset the sat nav, but no change.

All very minor stuff. The performance and handling are just sensational.

Thanks!

Hi

Firstly, do you have Iris I or Iris II

From my understanding Iris I was pants, and not much can be done

Iris II has 4 buttons around the home button, Back (Back arrow), Options (cog wheel logo) Voice and Mute

If Iris II, when in nav mode press the options button and a destination input screen should pop up

Hi
It’s Iris II thankfully. Despite pressing every part of the screen I haven’t actually tried pressing the very large option button. Will give that a go and if it works then a) thank you and b) I hang my head in shame!
Thanks

If all else fails, read the instructions - as they say.
