LP560 Spyder - roof lifer micro switch fault

Recently had a "roof not secure" error on my LP560 spyder.

The garage have stated its a faulty microswitch on the passenger side lifter has failed but cannot be sourced seperartely and is sold as a complete unit (costing £3998+VAT new and £1750 + VAT used)

They are going to check if there is a part number on the micro switch and try and source it from a 3rd party.

Does anyone out there have any info on this micro switch part and is it possible to just replace the switch?

hi,

yes the guys at supercar rooms managed to source the switch on another small harness from the US saving me thousands.

good news is you need one is they had to order in bulk so have a supply in stock
