Any onwers of both 540 and 570?

Take a look at the GT that Glasgow have. I got mine from there in November and it is great.

Watching ! I’m just starting my search and have a similar budget to you. I’m liking the idea of the 570gt And a lovely one at the supercar rooms has just been dropped 2k. Bit nervous about it after years of impeccable Porsche ownership but really love the look and it’s the next level up performance wise I guess. Trying to pluck the courage up to sell the 987 spyder (Awesome car!) so I can max my budget and not get my leg lifted on px lol

I had a 12c previously and did 10k in a 570GT. The 570s is markedly different car, the sound, the throttle response, the CC brakes so I assume similar differences to the 540c too.......

The dial goes up another few notches with the 600LT too............

Did you rate the gt mate ? I’m looking at a 540c (don’t fancy the worry of CC brakes) but really like the GT/glass roof.

what are the engine differences between 540 & 570?
is the map different throughout the rev range or it it just the top, even just higher rev limit for extra 30?

i'm looking to minimise overall costs of experiencing a macca and so obvs looking at a 540 as it has "enough". overall costs are far more than cheapest entry i appreciate. i'm sure a 720 could be justified as it seems the most popular/desirable and so should have less depreciation!
