Some great roads around you to drive it on as well. Looks like you were the same position as me, wanting one but not driven one - however, whilst I'm still dithering as I've never sat in one let alone driven one, you've gone ahead - congrats. Am sure you'll love it. If you're willing to give a hint as to year, mileage and price, it'd help my searches too - feel free to ignore that request, or pm/email the info if preferred.....
PM’ed you!

Congratulations! I wish I had the resolve to buy without driving. Have got my eye on a couple of cars but prices are certainly firming up. Be grateful if you could give me an idea too on the ballpark for the age and spec.

You timed it just right for a spring and lockdown ending. I’m based in Bath so definitely adding to the Southwest McLaren contingent!

Ha quite a local collection then guys!

Macdeb I lived for years in Redditch & also have a morbid fascination with TVR's back in the day. I didn't modify them though, you're a brave man!!

Fab, sleepless night for you then. Lovely day tomorrow 16c & sunny, perfect for those essential shopping trips.

Used mine today for a run out to the Doctors.

What a motor car it put a huge smile on my face, reminded me what a lucky guy I am to own one rather than being a wanna be worrying about loosing a few a quid gathering splinters in my arse whilst busy sitting on the fence!

All I’ve done is back it out the garage and find out what the buttons do !! I’m going to drive it at the weekend.
600 quid by the way for the calipers.

Fantastic Jim, its only money can't take it with you after all.

You've got some self restraint not being out & about for an essential supplies run!
