however there hasn't been a poor colour posted yet.
There was a non-metalic dark green 765 at our local wrapping place (presumably before wrapping).

It wouldn't have been my first choice. I think they need something more reflective to show all the different surface curves.

I’m mildly satisfied with Volcano Red. Looks good in all types of light, typically a deep cherry red with some black tinges.

That red does look amazing, especially on the 720s.

Makes me want to rob a bank......

Love Volcano Red. If I was speccing a new 720S, I'd go for Volcano Red. My 720S is Storm Grey - I love it, but wish it was LOUDER!

Brilliant looking car with orange callipers. Such a small item which has such a big impact.

Blade Silver, another great colour but one that does IMHO need a splash of colour, and for me that had to be a little orange thumbup

What's people's opinion on Elite Ice Silver on a 570?

In my own personal opinion of course, I think it's the worst colour McLaren have done........

As Sarnie said, colours are a personal thing.

My MP4 12C was in Ice Silver and as soon as I saw the dealer advert I knew that I had to have it.

It's a rare colour and has many shades depending on the light. IMO it looked crap in poor light but quite spectacular in the sun.

Does anyone associate colours with previous cars, i.e good or bad memories which puts you off a colour or particular marques that have their classic colour, ferrari = red etc?

I had a red Celica GT4 ST165, i hated that car, had nothing but problems, i have not owner or wanted a red car since.

Indeed - I had a rossa corsa F355. Worst car I ever owned. I’m sure I’m not alone associating bright red with Ferrari - so certainly wouldn’t go for a Mac in that colour.

I think i posted somewhere else that my Alfa 4c is white (pearl), it wasnt my first choice but actually really grew on me and is my favourite colour on the 4c now. I quite like the white Mclarens but just if im changing cars i fancy a change of colour too.
