Monstrosity of a car with an even worse name.
Nothing worse than willing buyer missing out on the sold out allocation, - piqued? Don’t get me wrong - I’m glad such a car exists (and I’m a big fan of McLaren), but it does nothing for me in the slightest. Even the name is ridiculous - it sounds like an eight year old thought it up!
That said - McLaren or the prospective owner of this won’t care about my opinion, which is fine!

I for one think it is rather striking and spectacular, but have no idea what or how you would use or afford such a thing.
(or why)
...... because they can, is the standard answer to the latter(or why)
Sadly most of these cars are like caged tigers in private zoos. They never see the wild, or have the space and opportunity to stretch their legs
Filling one with a few bags and going for a high speed euro road trip isn't in the future of most investment cars unfortunately
Some of the Speedtail specs I've seen have been... questionable.
Love the exterior absolutely hate the interior!

Me and my missus saw one in our local petrol station - I told her is was worth over 2 million and she said ‘ it looks like a car drawn by a kid’ .
I can see where she is coming from - to me it looks more like ‘the car of the future’ you would see in a magazine from the 1960s.
Amazing things though and if you can afford one , more power to you. Personally I think I prefer more ‘boxy ‘ shapes
