That side profile looks fantastic, I personally would not change the wheels or modify it at all.
Maybe a free flowing exhaust, but that's it. Very nice
Thank you very much!Maybe a free flowing exhaust, but that's it. Very nice
I must say I really love how she looks and hiw she drives. I am not changing the wheels after seeing them in the flesh.
I came across some original MSO CF mirror covers and mirror arms which are tempting. Seeing these everything I look out the window would be nice.
Also tempted with CF Fender vents, having found an MSO set of those for £9k plus paint and install.
If these pieces are oem, is there any chance it devalues the car as it isn't as per its original build? I am hoping I should at least get the cost back at resale if buying at decent prices, ignoring appreciation over time.
I am also driving her with her top off 99% of the time. The other 1% I have the back window down. Love it.

If oem, will only add value, also high value oem parts will always find a home,if you want to sell the bits later on, so no issue recouping costs.
Your funds, your taste etc, those wheels make the car look quire elegant.
Understand about the front fenders - very nice to have with an even more aggressive look!

675LTs with MSO wing louvres are like rocking horse st
2 rocking horse dumps next to each other (one is mine) on Sunday morning, and one even has a cherry on top There were actually 15 x 675 LT's at the Goodwood breakfast supercar meet on Sunday, I think 4 had wing louvres and 1 had a scoop.
Not bad, 10% of all the 675LT's in the UK in one place at the same time, most I have ever seen together. We managed to get 8 in a convoy down and met the others there.

Beautiful car, congratulations. You can't go wrong with that.
I picked up a new mclaren from Glasgow a few years ago and drove back down through the Dales and the Peak District, some amazing roads.
Can I just give a quick thank you to Bispal. I had a 720S coupe when they came out (which I drove all over Europe!) and I've just bought a 720S Spider, neither of which I had ever played with ESC DYN settings.
After your post the other day I went up the lanes and tried it, brilliant!
Need to get Pilot Sports now because the P Zeros cannot handle the power of ESC DYN even on a bone dry summers day.
Great tip, thanks.
Brilliant, so glad you tried it. The difference is astonishing! Its amazing how many owners simply don't know about it. I am certain the dealers are not allowed to demo it or show it. You spend ages thinking your car is super fast and then you realise its got another secret layer of performance on top I picked up a new mclaren from Glasgow a few years ago and drove back down through the Dales and the Peak District, some amazing roads.

Like Br d, never used that option on previous car, and was more than a bit surprised at how absolutely ferocious hard acceleration is with that setting.
Will also take Bispals other advice and change from the P Zero to P4S.

Does anyone know if you can machine wash the indoor car cover?
Assuming it’s the same as the cover for the other super series cars (a fleece type material), yes you can. There will be a care instructions label sewn onto it somewhere. It’s a squeeze to get it into a standard sized washing machine but can be done, I’d then hang it outside to dry naturally.Gassing Station | McLaren | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
