Rambolambo, it’s great that your dad had a 675LT.
I’ve said before and will say again, I think the 675 is an amazing car.
Question… is your constant need (pretty much every thread) to put down other cars because of insecurity (i.e. you’re not really sure the 675 is that great) or is it a narcissistic need (i.e. need to boast / brag to feel superior / good about yourself)?
Apparently the 675 is going to drop to sub £150k now the 765 is out I’ve said before and will say again, I think the 675 is an amazing car.

Hopefully prices will soften without the pandemic you'd probably be able to get into a nice Spider around 140k and 125k for a coupe...I'd wager some coupes traded that low in the early stages of the pandemic.
If you take a look at Collecting Cars' history, there are 2 coupes which went for £120-125k and 1 spider that went for just over £140k (May '20 - January '21).AyBee said:

What an incredible car at those prices but that ship has sailed and thankfully the ridiculous drop has recovered to more normal levels of depreciation. You certainly wouldn't of wanted to pay list and tgen bail in a panic at that time.
£80k for 2 years motoring v the £20k PCP deals would really sting.
Not many of those effected would want to return to the mclaren fold again sadly as the cars themselves are class leading.
The new car marketing/pricing and used car network is the issue and where Ferrari rules.
Maybe the buyout will see a clear out of the poor mclaren management

Where do you get the figure of £20k to lease a 600LT for two years, it was a lot more than that, more like £45- £50k when upfront payment and monthlies were added up.You certainly wouldn't of wanted to pay list and tgen bail in a panic at that time.

The thing about car values is you can't keep a good car down.
I remember the £150k F40 over a few years becoming a £350k car and people refusing to jump on board as they had risen too much and he prices would correct soon and they would pick one up on the way down. Except they didn't as you cant keep a good car down. They good ones like the 675LT will always rise to the top and possibly the 600LT too.
There might be a correction in used car prices generally, but there might not be as supply is still very low and new cars not as interesting (epas / ppf / weight / nanny systems) cars you can actually drive should become more desirable. Plus mainstream electric cars are too expensive for the majority of the population so well cared for 5-15 year old ULEZ compliant cars are selling for a much bigger uplift in prices than supercars as a percentage of what they used to cost.
No one has a crystal ball, if you can afford the car you want then buy it but hold on to it and enjoy it. The longer you have it the more depreciation will not be a factor. Owners lose money when too fickle buying and selling quickly.

I heard, 15k down and £1250 a month so you are on the money, Rambo is just pushing his 675lt agenda again.https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/12585754
Anyone know/seen this one, pretty much all the carbon and desirable options yet seems to have been for sale for 9 months ?

I think Muriwai white is right up with Napier and the Volcanoes personally, is it deemed otherwise by the masses?
If it was any of those colours, it would have sold by now......there are lots of new owners on the 600LT group over the last few months, most you would assume would have seen this car and passed it over, which would be for the spec as it's a great spec.Personally, the colour is the number one thing for me. I'm not bothered by carbon packs, can take or leave what seats it has or what audio system is in the car..........if it's in an unattractive colour, I couldn't buy it, no matter the spec.....
