OLEV grant changes

I was just reading about changes ahead for the OLEV grant.

briefly, 3 categories based on emissions, but from april 35% max grant capped at £5k - was 20% but cap unchanged so no major change.
there will then be a review in May, to determine what level further grants should reflect, the results being announced in future- whats the chance of the grant staying the same? or increasing??

If they have any sense they will decrease the grant for "compliance cars" like the eTron to a token £500 and increase it for the decent attempts like the i3.
