100% sure. It's not a facelift car as it's a C350e and the facelift hasn't gone in to production yet.
Premium Plus has Comand and Burmester stereo upgrade over the Premium Pack. You're right that the facelifted C Class Premium Pack has Comand as standard though

I presumed he'd ordered a facelift one, but I can see now they are not available to configure.
Will the new one have any more battery range? There was rumour of a C400e, but has that not happened?
There will be a C300e and a C300de (diesel plug in) which was due to go in to build in September (I switched from cars to vans in April so not 100% up to date). They're meant to have a little less BHP, but a longer battery range as it's the next generation of battery.
They're working on graphene batteries at the moment, that should move things along again in the 18-24 months in terms of both range and weight/packaging

Hmm. The model I have on order as of yesterday is an obsidian black over black c350e sport premium estate.
That should be the better nav system then. Are you going for fastest hearse in the west?
I would have preferred a dysentery beige interior, but I didn't get much choice.
Well, my new c350e arrived last friday and I love it.
Its well built, fast but at the same time is nice and serene to cruise around in. I dont feel like it needs driving like I stole it like the BMW is. I like some of the features - the panoramic roof, ambient lighting, touch sensitive doors etc.
I've had a good quality tint put on the rear windows (needed because of the kit I end up carrying around), and has added to the looks I think.
Not so good points - at the moment, the average economy is dire. its very sensitive to the way I drive (and since I am in the playing stages it looks bad), however if I drive it sensibly utilising a full charge and in eco mode/driving on electric in towns) I can get about 41mpg. still not great, but hey ho.
More annoying is the sat nav which seems like its got a 486 processor on board and the woeful hifi. Plymouth car audio are sorting the sounds out on Tuesday with a sub and some focals, so hopefully it should sound much better.

As someone else said you have to put fuel economy in perspective. The car has the equivalent power and thrust of a small petrol V8, yet does not drink fuel like a small V8, so the fuel economy is rather good. It's the fastest non-AMG C class. You'll learn how to drive it (like any hybrid) over time and you'll find your mpg will increase. I set off from Goodwood yesterday in my C350 with about 6 miles range in the battery. After about 25 miles in the lanes, it was showing almost 60mpg. I was in Eco mode. I enjoy using the haptic accelerator and pay attention when it prompts me to take my foot off the gas.
In the C350e lifting off early and coast is the key to good MPG.
My average over 13000 miles, of which about 3500 were with the engine off, stands at 46.3MPG from the OBC. I don’t have complete records but on the odd occasion I’ve done a brim to brim test the OBC seems 10-15% pessimistic.
I do a lot of motorway miles on the M6 north of Preston though which doesn’t really suit them. At speeds under 50MPH or stop-start the MPG shoots up.
It’s a considerable improvement over the 2.0 EcoBoost Mondeo I had before which averaged about 30MPG.

Just to add to this - still loving the car. Plymouth Audio did a great job of upgrading the woeful hifi and I now have Android Auto/Apple Carplay integration courtesy of Braybooks. This alone has benefited me so much as having full spotify availability has been a massive improvement, as is the better satnav/use of google maps and waze etc. absolutely brilliant.
Mpg is getting better - I managed 46mpg on a run from home in Cornwall to Poole, then onto Oxford and back down to Andover. I was driving like a nun though.

How does your company look at things like upgrading audio? dies the aftermarket system just come straight out? reason i ask is i paid for the HK system in the BMW but would have preferred if i could have done something myself afterwards to save on the lease costs
Fortunately, I work for a fairly small company who bought the car outright (I was an exception to the rule this time though), so no lease problems to worry about. The audio upgrades can be easily removed and put back to standard, and the android auto thing was a simple merc approved upgrade anyway, so just plugs in and recoded the car to accommodate it.
I suppose some might say its stupid to spend a few quid on what isn't technically "my" car, however I spend a lot of time in it and having a good hifi and decent comms/navigation is pretty essential.

just wondered what PHEV's are currently available upto £45K? and what is expected in the next 6 -12 months. Seems even the lease companies cannot give definite answers.
New BMW 3 series, not sure I'd look much further given the capabilities of the car if I wanted a hybrid. 5 series is just outside based on list, but 10k off isn't hard bringing back in range.
Merc C I think is a diesel hybrid. E class like the 5 series and outside the budget but sizeable discounts bringing it back in
The new WLTP regulation/measuring system has meant a lot of the cars are being relaunched with more EV range to still get the tax benefits.
