Why so few Zoe threads in here?

If you get a 40kWh Zoe on a lease deal does it include battery lease?

I doubt it.

If it’s a Dynamique model then it’s a lease battery and the contract for the battery is solely supplied by RCI finance, so you would arrange this with them.

If it’s an iDynamique then it includes the battery as there’s no hire for the battery needed.

We've got a battery rental Zoe, but we bought a second hand one, for almost half that lease deal is going to cost over 48 months.

There were lots of threads when Renault first launched the cars on super low leases, and it's those first cars that have now been returned and are available to buy.

It's a great little car, it's not especially ugly so it doesn't look like an electric car, inside it's got pretty much everything you need around town and if you turn Eco mode off, it's got a surprising amount of torque which makes taking off from the lights amusing.

I don't think I'd bother leasing a late version of the current model (unless you really needed the additional range), and hold off until they bring out the next gen.

Just wondering - has anyone successfully "bought out" the battery lease on a pre-2017 Zoe?
My understanding is that Renault are allowing this, now that the newer (post-2017) models have a battery-purchase option.
It's just that my daughter is considering changing her Clio to a Zoe, but we don't like the battery lease.

Not convinced RCI are that good at collecting the battery lease money on used cars as we bought a couple of 3 year old Zoe’s over a year ago and have never paid anything.

Even better they seem to be worth about £1500 more than when we bought them.

40KW battery has a WLTP of 186miles, there is a 200mile club thread on the Zoe OC lol
