Thanks, watched some of the first one and will see rest later.

Not entirely convinced Honda got the exterior styling done as well as they could have, but otherwise looks a good car that will sell well.

I doubt it'll sell well in the UK with competition from Vauxhall, Peugeot, Mini etc. though. It would certainly be my preference as a far more interesting car but I think the general UK car buying public are more likely to stick to what they know if making the jump to EV in this sector?

Do the others also have the same spec? Digital mirrors, loads of screens, retro design?

As thats what lease junkies want, excitement.

They want the cheapest option available which is unlikely to be the Honda. Not convinced the retro 80's interior design and lots of screens will appeal either.

Hope I'm wrong as would prefer to see plenty of these on the roads rather than more Minis, but I doubt that will be the case.

I think it's the internal space. That boot is half the size of the minis.

Still want one though!

Might be true, but the numbers and reviews suggest the mini is a lot larger inside.
I'd still take it over the mini.

Who am I kidding, I'd probably go for the 208 anyway.

I still think the i3 is preferable to the Honda and Mini and it's been out for how many years?

I think it looks fantastic. We leased one for two years and loved it. Rear doors a bit crap mind you.

Its brilliant. Broke the news that my wife's Abarth 595 Comp is going to have to go (which is a shame but can't have two similar cars on the driveway)

It does look good in that colour, btw what is that oblong shaped panel just below the Honda badge on the front?

I'm putting my money on them selling 100's rather than 1000's, unless they drop the price significantly.

It's also the one I'd have if I was in the market for a EV supermini, but I'm weird.

It does look good in those pics, although the proportions were so much better on the concept. The influenced by pedestrian safety was just bks. There's definitely more of a Japanese anime vibe on the production car.

I'd like to get one but doing about 50 miles a month at the moment max and job on the line. No discounts at all, maybe give it six months for the price to drop.
