Did anyone get a quote with Smiths for 6k miles in the Tekna? Is there an admin fee? Is metallic extra?
I didn't get a 6k one but there is no admin fee and metallic is extra £550 , the white was £245, they didn't have any flame red and were only selling stock cars.

When I ordered mine, there were only 3 left in stock.

It seems like you get a free charger with this too:

Could do that here in Scotland where the local authority charging points are free. Leave the car charging while I'm at work and take the free electricity home at night to cook my dinner on! smilesmilesmile
Amazing!

Maybe it’s worth me trying it. I’m about to spend £379 on a podpoint.

It says minimum of 24 months, I'm looking to move within a year though.

I have sent my details it’s worth a chance if they accept me. Saves paying for a charger

Octopus Energy have a couple of cheap charger options. £199 for an Ohme cable which you can plug into a 32amp Commando socket (fairly cheap to have installed) or a EO Mini for £369.
These also give you the bonus of access to their Octopus Go EV tariff (5p per kwh) for 4 hours overnight.

Take a look at their offerings through this link and get £50 credit if you go ahead:

Yes. The problem is i would have to switch to OVO then get the charger installed and start the trial so im looking at 6-8 weeks. I am collecting the car this weekend. Also trying to work out if it will be cheaper to switch to Octopus Go. 5p kwh nigt charge. But then ill have to pay for a charger

You can get a ball park kwh usage figure by working on 4.2 miles per kwh, assuming you know your annual mileage

Anyone who ordered last week with express have any update on delivery?
I have been approved, paid the processing fee and just awaiting a delivery date. Are they stock vehicles does anyone know?

Hardly relevant to a 2 or 3 year lease of a car and battery you won't own.

If its a solid white N-Connecta then it should be a stock car. I got mine last week, exactly a week after ordering.

Yeah white n-connecta. Just seems to be really slow.
I presume the order must be in but it’s a bit radio silence on the email front. Phone call I think.

Spoke to James earlier and he said Nissan have quite a load of orders to work through from last week, but he is hopeful that we'll see some progress in the next couple of days in terms of being allocated vehicles.

in this instance true

but for owners i can see battery condition being more important than mileage for the cars value when moving it on in the future

Ah great thank you. Saves me a phone call and bothering him. Thought it might be a busy one.

It's usually at least 14 days for a stock car - something to do with finance cooling off periods, so 7 days is good going!

In my experience with a stock car, once you've placed the order, they seem to put it on the back burner until they need it out of the way!
